Bec and Brett have always been deeply passionate about making a difference in people’s lives. When they looked at the existing support options, they asked themselves, “Would we trust this service for our own loved ones?” That question became their guiding principle. They wanted to create a service where every individual would be treated with the same care, kindness, and dedication they would expect for their own family members.
At Seaside Support Services, we don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Every person has unique needs, goals, and dreams. That’s why we take the time to truly listen, understand, and tailor our support to each individual. Whether it’s helping someone gain more independence, engage with their community, or simply feel heard and valued, we are here to walk that journey with them.
Navigating the Highs and Lows
The journey of establishing Seaside Support Services has been both rewarding and challenging. We are still in the process of completing our registration, a journey that has tested our patience and determination. There have been moments of great progress and excitement, but also periods of waiting and uncertainty. Despite these challenges, our commitment to providing exceptional support has never wavered. We remain dedicated to building a service that truly makes a difference in people’s lives.

Our team is carefully chosen not just for their skills but for their values and dedication to making a positive impact. We strive to create an environment where clients and their families feel safe, understood, and genuinely cared for.
Our homely three-bedroom, two-bathroom house offers 24-hour support and a wide array of activities, from surfing and hiking to yoga and board games. Located less than a 15-minute drive to Alexandra Headland and Mooloolaba beaches, and 25 minutes to Australia Zoo, we provide both day support and short-term accommodation, ensuring a variety of experiences tailored to individual needs.

Seaside Support Services was born out of a passion for people, and that passion continues to drive us forward. As we grow, our commitment remains the same—to provide the highest quality support, foster meaningful relationships, and create a service that feels like home.
